Customer Support Associate
Ubicación: Presencial, 5 días a la semana, Edificio Camacol (Cra 63 # 49ª-31, Barrio El Estadio, Piso 9).
Horario de Operaciones: Turnos rotativos en una franja horaria de 7:00 am a 7pm.
Fines de semana libres.
Horario de Entrenamiento: Lunes a viernes, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (4 a 5 semanas).Customer Service Support
Salario: $2.800.000 COP (Base prestacional: $1.820.000 + Auxilio de vivienda: $980.000).

**Responsabilidades**:
*Atender llamadas y chats de clientes de manera oportuna y profesional.
*Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente al resolver consultas con precisión y atención al detalle.
- Investigar y resolver problemas, ofreciendo soluciones rápidas y eficaces.
*Escalar casos complejos siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
*Participar en programas de capacitación para mejorar habilidades y conocimientos en atención al cliente.
Requisitos clave:
*Nível avanzado de inglés (B2+).
*Habilidades básicas en manejo de herramientas tecnológicas.
*Pasión por el servicio al cliente y enfoque en resultados.
*Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples tareas.
