Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who is motivated to help with projects of our clients, keep documents up to date and help organize schedules. This is a role that will allow you to work closely with the client and others to help them stay organized and on track. Metrics Management - Power BI Costs Improvement & Automation Opportunities: by doing clear follow-up of the ROI generated through events, tradeshows, etc. 3rd Party (external) Metrics, like G2Crowd and Glassdoor metrics. Follow up on the company's competitors' status Tool management and any opportunities for process improvement Fluent in English Microsoft Proficient Strong attention to detail Works well independently Able to take direction and meet constrained deadlines **Requirements**: **What would help you succedd**: >Work closely with the owner and project manager to keep them informed of and prepared for commitments and responsibilities Organize and maintain files, prepare reports >Tracking project status and following up to keep projects moving along to completion, update notes in our task management tool >Be familiar with all the company’s clients and maintain up to date contacts >Communicate with team members on status of projects, edits needed, etc. >Assist the agency owner and project manager with scheduling of client calls and other needs >Coordinate team meetings: prepare agendas, help create or procure documents, take notes, and follow-up on action items >Assist with client proposals and report document preparation **Qualifications**: - Technician, technologist or professional. - 1 year of specific experience in similar roles. - Professional Diploma Marketing, comercio exterior (foreign trade) or related Industrial Engineering Ingenieria de Costos y Presupuesto o relacionadas Carreras relacionadas con la industria de la logística y el transporte **Are you ready to start The Hubtek Experience?
