As a **Collections Specialist**,**you will manages overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments, negotiating solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Their role is key to securing healthy cash flow and protecting the company’s financial stability.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Proactively initiate collection calls and outreach to clients with accounts 30+ days past due, driving timely payments while strengthening client relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, identify solutions, and achieve successful recoveries.
- Ensure consistent and strategic follow-up on outstanding accounts in alignment with company policies and best practices.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships through clear, respectful, and solution-oriented communication with customers.
- Identify and escalate early signs of financial distress to the Collections Supervisor to support proactive risk management.
- Accurately record all collection activities and communications to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
- Protect sensitive customer and company information by strictly adhering to confidentiality standards.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1 or 2 years of experience in Collections or AR/AP Background is required.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm We following the US Calendar.
- **Contract**: Permanent contract.
- **Location**: Remote only in medellín.
- **Salary**: 3,500.000 Cop
