**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development team, ensuring best engineering practices, code quality, and timely delivery.
- Design and oversee the technical architecture of projects.
- Actively contribute to full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
- Coordinate code reviews, deployments, and continuous integration processes.
- Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and adopting new technologies.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

**Experience and knowledge**
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript / TypeScript development.
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express, Next.js, and SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or software development projects.
- Solid understanding of REST / GraphQL architectures, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Strong sense of ownership and results orientation.
