What you will do:

- Define the technical direction and strategy for Ruby development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage a team of Ruby developers, setting clear objectives, and promoting professional growth and collaboration.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, particularly focusing on Ruby and related technologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in Ruby development, assessing and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between the Ruby development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience with Ruby.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
- Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
- Advanced level of English.
