**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

The Inchcape Digital team is central to their strategy and is responsible for delivering world class data, digital, technology and cyber services and solutions to their regions and markets. They have big ambitions and as an important member of the Digital Delivery Centre team in the Philippines you will get to work globally and across diverse, challenging and customer facing programs.

As the **Senior Manager - Salesforce** you will be someone who has a SME understanding of the Salesforce Core product and have managed large-scale development teams across multiple regions in the past whilst maintaining a best-in-class engineering department.

You will come armed with a keen eye for detail, have a constant and insatiable thrust for knowledge, and have an ability to remain calm and composed in times of uncertainty and stress, inspiring the same in their peers and team members.

You will possess outstanding leadership skills, having an ability to move a cross-functional group in a unified direction and with a common vision. You will also be a likable and relatable individual who is able to make meaningful and lasting connections with others. Whilst being able to inspire confidence in others, making it easy for them to trust in insights, directives, and judgments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams as well as the management and execution of site/software development projects against delivery commitments and project plans.
- Oversee the management of the department’s staffing, resources, and mentoring, and maintaining a best-in-class engineering department.
- Work with senior engineering management in ensuring that systems meet the overall business requirements and standards.
- Report on status of site/software development, operations, quality, and system performance to senior leadership.
- Provide relevant and suitable technology based on the projected benefits

***Skills and Experience Required**
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, ability to build rapport across an organisation up to Group CEO level.
- Be highly collaborative, working closely with senior engineering teams in the management and development of strategic planning
- Forging strong relationships within the SF global community due to this role having global reach and daily contact.
- Ability to work across vendor relationships to ensure the companies goals are being achieved
- Stay abreast of leading and cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Product suite including CRM, Service Cloud, Lightning, Marketing Cloud.
- A technical understanding of Salesforce Lightning, including its Components to migrate classic features, as well as other front-end technologies
- Strong experience and passion for AI technologies including Einstein Analytics
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle
- A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent
