**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, onboard, offboard)
- Preferred: Experience in a recruitment agency setting or start-up environment
- 1+ years experience in HR & culture management
- Exceptional phone / Zoom and written communication skills with extreme professionalism and outgoing personality
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Accustomed to having KPI targets daily and weekly
- Hyper tech savvy: you live and breathe in your ATS, and Google Sheets, and are comfortable customizing systems to maximize efficiency

**TALENT ACQUISITION/ RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Collaborate and work closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership team daily
- Execute full cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, onboard, offboard)
- Manage pipeline in ATS in a very organized manner
- Source via Job boards, online platforms, and Linkedin
- Prioritize minimum Time To Hire KPI
- Responsible for hiring 4-8+ new hires per month
- Champion the core values and culture in all interactions with the team
- Assist in the creation and streamlining of recruitment SOPs
