**Description**
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and prioritize hiring needs and establish hiring criteria for each position.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and employment laws.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Oversight and development of Staffing Coordinators, Staffing Specialist, Recruitment Specialist and Pairing personnel.
- Attending and conducting job fairs (virtual & Universities).
- Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other paid campaigns.
- Promoting the company’s brand on social platforms.
- Auditing all personnel work and systems.
- Making final hiring decisions and designing competitive offer packages.
- Developing programs to reward and retain top talent.
- Determine recruiting KPIs, creating of weekly and yearly report with an analysis for future strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience as a virtual TA Manager or similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test, etc.).
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Ability to motivate employees.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
