As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading teams to develop solutions and produce associated designs to enable the successful delivery of projects

**The Impact You'll Make**:

- Provide technical leadership and direction for the development team
- Ensure scalable code base and solutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features

**What You'll Bring To Us**:

- Experience in any of these languages and general knowledge/flexibility with the others: Java,.NET, Golang, Python.
- Experience in any of these and general knowledge/flexibility with the others: Node.js, React, Angular.
- Experience with microservices architectures, queue based messaging, event driven architecture and distributed systems in general.
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL
- Experience in cloud based architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure - certification is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience** leading engineering teams**:

- Experience in pre-sales process and POC
- Experience in **software development, design, documentation and architecture**.
- Solid understanding of **unit, integration and acceptance testing as well as CI/CD pipelines**.
- Able to **receive and provide impactful feedback, mentoring and helping team members grow **inside the company.
- Looking to develop a **career as a leader rather than an Individual Contributor**.
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills
