**Property Manager (Remote)**

Stayable is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our remote global team.

As a Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to steer the success of two hotels in the U.S. to ensure that they are well-maintained, profitable and represent Stayable in the best possible manner. This role offers the chance to work remotely while significantly impacting the success of our properties.

**Compensation**: weekly pay is based on experience, however, each property manager will receive health insurance, paid holidays and bonus opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for company executives, tenants, and vendors while developing positive relationships and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Market properties for lease through various channels, including online platforms and social media, to attract potential tenants.
- Coordinate property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations to secure quality tenants.
- Collect rent payments, manage lease agreements, and enforce lease terms as necessary.
- Coordinate regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
- Manage financial aspects of property management, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Stay informed about local rental market trends, regulations, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- Must have your own computer and back-up connection.
- The ability to work in the US Eastern time zone.
