Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the Digital Transformation strategic advisory arm of SAP’s Service & Support organization. **What you’ll do**:
SAP S2P represents the entire lifecycle of the procurement in a end-to-end business capability, spanning processes, from source and contract, plan and forecast, to how it buys and deliver and invoice and pay. The BTS Source to Pay role will collaborate on the customer's optimization and efficiency of procurement based on innovation, digital transformation, process optimization and value realization initiatives for SAP’s largest and most important customers. The responsibilities of this role include support the creation of strategic and tactical roadmaps based on business outcomes charting the deployment of digital solutions SAP offers while developing compelling business cases, value realization plans and business process transformation roadmaps to help guide our customer’s strategic decision-making activities. The BTS Source-to-pay Architect will provide advice to our customers on long
- and short-term opportunities for their key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations which anticipate the future direction of both business and IT stakeholders in the procurement area (focus in optimize procurement efficiency and target operational model). The Value and Transformation advisor is a key role in customer’s transformation to a digital enterprise and cloud strategy, requiring procurement knowledge and understanding of the SAP S2P solutions and platform

**Other key tasks**:

- Be the value guardian of the customer's transformation being the trusted value, change and transformation advisor, thought leader during the implementation projects with a value-driven transformation approach.
- Guide strategic decision making and drive benefits realization. Advise on the transformation towards an intelligent digital enterprise, providing knowledge and understanding of solutions and platforms.
- Support business model innovation and business process re-design/optimization based customer’s procurement area business needs and enable by SAP’s solution and technology capabilities

- Facilitate collaborative business process and solution architecture discussions with our customer’s business and IT executives.

- Capability to envision the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state.
- Ability to Analyze key business and IT requirements in the Procurement area

- Financial acumen and Business case knowledge

- Ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences

**Qualifications**:

- SAP S2P spans SAP Procurement solutions including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass along with Ariba Network, knowledge of at least 1 of them will be required.
- SAP Signavio or other BPM/BPI tools knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge and practical experience in the area of Business Process Management (BPM) and/or data-driven Process Management is a plus
- Experience in setting up holistic E2E-Transformation Processes is a plus
- 2+ years of SAP solution experience, 2+ years management consulting experience is a big plus
- 2+ years in at least one of the following industries: Finance, Logistic, Retail, Consumer Products or Oil and Gas.
- Spanish and English languages are required. Knowledge in Portuguese is a plus.
