We are looking for a smart, experienced, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support one of our rockstar clients

In this role, you will:
Ongoing marketing:
Establish calendars
Do project management
Publish via social scheduler
Pricing mechanics:
Set up spreadsheets from existing templates
Perform vendor/collaborator estimating & communication
Proposals & SOWs:
Draft proposals based on content already written
Draft SOWs based on the final proposal
Admin:
Pay bills via CC & manage credit card system
Do contractor flat fee tracking updates (via spreadsheet)
Internal comms:
Schedule meetings & social gatherings
Manage internal newsletter
Document SOPs

You will succeed in this role if you have/are:
At least 1 year of executive assistant experience
Proactive
Able to deliver work on time, learning from and iterating on that work
Great English communication skills
Knowledgeable of Google Suite, Slack, and BaseCamp
