**We are searching the best talent for LATAM CONTENT MANAGER - FINANCE to be in Colombia.**
**Purpose**:
As the Global Content manager, you will report to and support the Global Experience Owner in shaping, optimizing, and implementing a streamlined and efficient buying channel process within eMarketplace, while supporting various continuous improvement initiatives via culminated business insights and voice-of-customer to transform and optimize our 3 E’s: efficiency, effectiveness, and experience.
The Global Content manager will operate in a matrix organization and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and directing the implementation of Procurement goals and strategy for the LATAM region, while leveraging global standards and best practices. He/she will plan and direct activities and deliver against targets for efficient buying channel adoption and expansion while maintaining key relationships with Global and Regional Category leaders.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Lead content governance processes and drive Regional and Global Category and GS leadership alignment on the execution of efficient buying channels based on category strategy and identified opportunities.
- Proactively work with Category and GS Sourcing leads to ensure internal and external content needs are delivered with quality and in accordance with global standards. Identify gaps related to Content quality and drive gap closure with BU and GS sourcing teams.
- Develop and deliver region and/or category specific content enablement strategy and framework training to support buying channel utilization.
- Provide global external Source-to-Settle content enablement by ensuring a robust
- Work with key partners to identify business requirements to drive content management system changes that support best practices and best in class customer experience.
- Work across IT and category leaders to drive adoption of Ariba Supplier Network across the supplier base to deliver Source-to-Settle end-state goals.
- Support the design and development of content management tools from tool selection through acceptance testing, content reviews and issue tracking.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through performance evaluations, tool reviews, usability studies, and other trends.
- Monitor operational performance of efficient buying channel activation and ensure it is provided to business content owners for accountability so they can ensure performance expectations are met.
- Review metrics to identify content gaps and ensure the appropriate measurement strategy to Internal/External Content Management.
- Escalate issues that may impact the Global Procurement organization
- Build and maintain relationships throughout J&J that results in dynamic interactive dialogue on a broad range of perspectives and information critical to the development of optimal approaches and solutions.

- Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years business experience in Procurement, or other related experience
- Ability to reinforce a culture oriented on customer experience and focused on continuous improvement while building customer-centric repeatable and sustainable processes
- Content management experience.
- Developing or leveraging governance structures.
- Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and virtual environment.
- Self-starter with strong business insight, innovative thinking, planning, and analytical skills required.
- Strong ability to articulate recommendations, support a business case, and influence change, while demonstrating a clear value proposition regarding customer experience
