**About the role**
As our Social Media and Content Creator, you will take the lead on our clients online voice and build brand awareness and loyalty. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for aligning all brand communications in social media to create a strong brand identity. You will be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, thus developing an intimate relationship with the online community. You are responsible for the ideation and creation of content that connects a brand or entity to its prospective audience. Content creation encapsulates copywriting, design, production and other media that provide value and connect you to your target audience. Matching search intent and providing value (to the consumer and brand) is the foundation of successful content creation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring our client’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and reach our client’s business goals. You will be working closely with internal teams to collaborate on evaluating content effectiveness and results. You must have knowledge and experience of digital publishing platforms. You should have experience to plan out the content in such a way that it helps in creating leads for our business. You should endorse and promote content on social media as well as other online platforms to attract our target audience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- **Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.**
- **Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.**
- **Rely on community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.**
- **Devise and implement community communication initiatives.**
- **Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.**
- **Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.**
- **Collaborate with internal creative and digital media teams to ensure effectiveness, and encourage adoption of relevant social media channels and strategies.**
- **Oversee social media campaigns, including paid campaigns on various platforms.**
- **Manage overall reputation and community in social networking and content sharing sites, as well as the social media management and analytical tools used.**
- **Become an advocate of the brand in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and user requests, where and when appropriate.**
- **Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.**
- **Regularly communicate feedback insights gained from social media monitoring.**
- **In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.**
- **Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.**
- **Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.**
- **Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.**:
- **Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry related topics while proofreading the material to be published.**:
- **Ideates and creates content including but not limited to copywriting, design, production, photography and other media.**:
- **Maintains content calendars for respective brands and clients. Also, prepare and publish scheduled content.**:
- **Participates in brainstorming sessions along with art directors, copywriters and other collaborators to ensure efficiency in the ideation process and content alignment.**:
- **Interviews relevant industry professionals and publishing their points in blog posts, as well as suggesting or researching for influencers to be assigned in client’s campaigns.**:
- **Optimize content according to SEO standards and principles.**:
- **Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to clarify articles.**:
- **Upload the latest content on social media platforms.**:
