We are searching the best talent for **Sr Manager, IT Product Group Owner, Medical Affairs **to be in Bogota, Colombia; Mexico DF; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Individual in this role works hand-in-hand with Medical Affairs and Commercial business teams and will collaborate with regional Product teams, global Product teams, and Technology Services to drive value realization for business.
While the role is focused on and aligned to Medical Affairs, individual in this role will work closely with business partners from Commercial organization with specific focus on promotional content management and content utilization and metrics. As such, the Sr Manager will collaborate with Technology peers responsible for Digital Marketing and HCP Engagement with focus on end-to-end content life-cycle and maximizing content value in support of regional omnichannel strategies and priorities.
The Sr Manager will become a member of a global team and will be engaged in and expected to contribute to Global Medical Affairs Business Technology strategy. Person in the role will participate in team’s Talent Talks (in addition to participating tin regional Talent Talk) and will contribute to the Global Medical Affairs Technology team’s growth by ensuring the team’s high performing culture based on trust and servant leadership continues to strengthen.
Overtime, the Sr Manager is expected to develop high-level understanding of Medical Affairs outside of LATAM what will make him/her even more effective in his/her LATAM role.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Roadmap and backlog management and product solutioning:
- Establish technology roadmap to achieve efficient and effective delivery of business value for LATAM Medical Affairs Product Group
- Balance business value with technical feasibility
- Assist with backlog prioritization, managing product constraints, and resolving cross-team dependencies
- Work across Product teams and TS partners to manage risks and to manage backlog
- Drive selection of product options and work with Engineers to assess options’ pros and cons
- Delivery
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery within LATAM Medical Affairs Product Group
- Responsible for planning and management of operational and project budgets
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with chapters, squads, vendors, and product team (regional and global) to ensure timely delivery
- Manage a team of multi-skilled individuals to deliver on deadlines, budgets and quality standards
- Act as point of escalation for LATAM Medical Affairs Product Group
Act as Business - Technology interface
- Define goals and objectives for LATAM Medical Affairs Product Group, co-shape strategic demand with business, and align business and technology strategies
- Responsible for holistic Product Group value delivery and working hand-in-hand as a strategic partner for business teams
- Work across Product Groups to define and deliver innovative solutions, ensure coordinated and cohesive strategies and represent Medical Affairs needs and priorities (including priorities centered on commercial content / omnichannel)
- Ensure that product teams are “building the right thing” maximizing return on investment, enabling value / results, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Lead cross-product roadmap and release planning in partnership with other Product Groups, solve for dependences and resource collisions
- Ensure product visions are complete and fit for purpose in terms of their ability to add
