**Manage Project Planning & Execution**
- Define project scope, long-term and short-term goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Define project success criteria and track timing of milestones
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, working with managers to secure those resources
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Manage proactively changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
**Manage Project Team Efficiency**
- Work with the project teams to coordinate and manage day-to-day on projects and keeping the project going by removing blockers
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Monitor, cultivate, and promote project team health while practicing Servant Leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve team dynamic, process, and environment for optimal productivity
**Process Improvements**
- Run project or event Post-Mortems and come away with learnings and process changes for overall Company improvements
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management with rest of Project Management team
- Develop best practices for process optimization and business intelligence/analysis
**Communication**
- Work with stakeholders to determine project needs and communicate project timing and status updates to the rest of the Company where necessary
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Develop and manage project associated communications documents and channels
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- University degree or college diploma in the field of Business Administration preferred
- Certifications in project management a plus
- 3 progressive years of software development experience is preferred
- 3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Jira and Confluence
- Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Ability to read communication and learning styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, vendors, and other departments
- Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise
- Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
- Customer service skills an asset
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Being able to read and speak English fluently is required, additional languages is a plus
