Technology Consulting chapter is in charge of designing, implementing, and managing the solutions. The role of the Technology Consultant is responsible for the planning, installing and for the configuration of software solutions and systems.

Type of work
- Co-ordinate with global product owners on ongoing improvements or enhancements.
- Follow the market solution guidance and help with the execution of specific initiatives and projects.
- Support global solutions rollout / migrations with a 360 degree view on the support model.
- Be a semi technical brain to help NAM business, ops and infra to get things done.
- Skillset & Experience required
- 6 years of IT experience required with development background.
- Minimum 1 year of retail domain experience
- Platform understanding on windows, firewall and network required.
- PLUS: overall retail store solutions of store associate mobile solutions.
- Need a person with mindset of Pro-active and self-driven on assigned task.
- PLUS: 360 degree view on Go to market approach.
- Overall with a full-scale tech/architect mindset but be a consultant to help the NAM market.
