As the LatAm Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's presence in Mexico and Argentina. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the region, enabling us to build a diverse and high-performing team that drives our business forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning_
- Develop and execute effective and inclusive recruitment strategies for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent from the LatAm region.
- Understand regional hiring trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
- Talent Acquisition_
- Relationship Management_
- Develop partnerships with regional educational institutions, industry groups, and other relevant organizations to build a robust network of potential talent.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring in the LatAm region.
- Proven track record in recruiting for a variety of roles across different levels and sectors.
- Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
- Soft Skills_
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple job requisitions concurrently.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change.
