Healthcare Recruiter

Our client is a staffing organization with extensive experience recruiting professionals in the healthcare sector.

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join their team

**Hourly rate paid in USD: $10 + Commissions**
**Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full cycle recruitment process for the hiring of contract and direct hire employees for Nursing and Allied Health jobs with our clients throughout the US
- Work closely with KMG team members located in the US and LATAM

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of prior healthcare staffing industry required (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid experience in using recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, other job boards)
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent)
- Must be outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
