**Misión del cargo**:
Ejecutar las políticas y estrategias para el desarrollo de indicadores de desempeño del departamento para la entrega de servicios.

**Descripción Funciones del Cargo**:
Desarrollar a nível de base de datos, querys, macros para la automatización de reportes. Así como también genera nuevas herramientas (APPS) para el equipo.
Monitorear e implementar los cambios propuestos en las áreas operativas dr la gerencia para eliminar las incidencias.
Identificar inconsistencia en las datas arrojadas por las plataformas.
Gestionar con su líder la solución para la corrección de las desviaciones identificadas.

Implementar los parámetros y metas de producción del departamento en función a los históricos de demandas y expectativas del negocio. Lograr realizar proyecciones
Diseñar los reportes que reflejen los principales KPI de rendimientos y producción del departamento.
Realizar el cálculo del puntaje del bono de productividad mensual, en función de los parámetros establecidos por la gerencia.

**Requisitos**:
4 Años de experiência
Mysql, sql, office, powerquery, dax, c#, visualbasic.net, VBA, html, css, powerbi,.net,.netcore
Ingenieria en produccion, industrial o mecanica; estadistica, matematica, big data
