We are looking for a **HR Analyst** to join our HR team in Colombia This role will support the team with key operational HR tasks such as contract management, hiring processes, employee affiliations, data analytics, and general administrative duties. Additionally, we're looking for someone eager to collaborate on transversal HR projects and initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding with a focus on managing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and employee affiliations (social security, benefits, etc.) as well as confirming all necessary exit documentation and records are maintained for departing employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases and files, ensuring accurate records of employee information. Growing extremely familiar with large sets of data to successfully complete regular auditing for data accuracy.
- Participate in process improvement efforts, especially related to areas of focus, such as onboarding, offboarding, and data entry.
- Generate, analyze, manage, and produce routine and ad-hoc workforce reporting providing consultative support for report requests as well as analytical observations.
- Create, edit, and maintain HR dashboards within HR systems and tools.
- Assist in HR compliance by by being familiar with and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support in payroll, benefits coordination, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with HR teams on cross-functional projects.
- Help improve HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently with little oversight.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- English (intermediate-advanced preferred).
