**What You’ll be Doing**

Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Ready to help people reach for amazing? You'll support and engage new hires and employees in a training environment. You'll make sure each employee is set up for success in their journey by registering associates for their classes and delivering high-quality training.

You'll report to the Manager, Learning & Development. You'll contribute to the success of the business learners through facilitating training programs.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Learn about our goals, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and class
- Meet training goals
- Understand and improve the main success metrics associated with training goals
- Deliver excellent employee experiences
- Consolidate all necessary data to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and company standards

**What You Bring to the Role**
- 1-year minimum experience managing training or adult learning programs
- Nurture an inclusive learning environment
- Coaching, reporting, and analysis skills
- Customer and employee-focused mindset
- Call center experience
