The Back Room is offering a **US Tax Graduate Program in Colombia** **that will provide extensive training to those interested in pursuing a career in US taxation. The program's goal is to help grads understand and carry out the process of preparing tax returns in accordance with US Federal Tax Laws. All fresh graduates with accounting-related degrees and those with Philippine tax experience are eligible for this Training program.

**Goal of the Program**:

- To train new grads in 3 months on US Tax Preparation
- To understand and perform the process of tax return preparation in accordance with US federal tax laws
- To assemble tax returns and related sub schedules
- To attain a comprehensive understanding of the tax laws
- Be familiar with the scenarios surrounding the tax return preparation for individuals and C-Corps

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a degree holder of any 4-year accounting-related course
- ** Advanced English: MUST**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology
- Systematic, organized, and keen to learn/research
