Job Description:
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs LATAM Area Portfolio Manager you will play a key role to execute the Global portfolio strategy and vertical marketing plans adapted for the area, including programs and activation, gathering insights and customer knowledge for the Display and Electronics Product Platform business. In this role you will be able to interact with global portfolio leaders and vertical managers, also with country activation marketers, sales and other strategic areas of the company global and regionally in Latin America.
The impact you will make in this role
- Executes Global portfolio strategy adapted for area
- Manages area DEPP Portfolio
- Set Area Price Corridor
- Continuous support and guidance to regions for NPI execution
- Execute the Global Brand & Digital Strategy
- Portfolio marketing plans, programs and activation, this includes insights and customer knowledge and needs
- Outcomes for vertical growth and follow-up on market trends
- Collaborate with sales to drive SFDC pipeline execution
- Driving a culture of accountability and our new Performance Culture Behaviors
Your Skills and Expertise
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or other correlated areas
- Previous experience with Strategic Marketing, Sales and Business Leadership
- Experience in Business P&L Management (Sales, GM and COGS)
- Advanced English and Spanish are required
- Available to work in Latin America
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience working with multi-cultural teams for different countries from Latin America
- Experience in Electronics Industries is desirable
- Intermediate Portuguese is desirable
