Descripción del puesto

Estamos en búsqueda de un
Technical Leader
para contribuir al siguiente nivel de crecimiento y expansión de nuestros proyectos.

Este rol está orientado a un líder técnico con amplia experiencia, capaz de gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios, asumir proyectos de alta complejidad y diseñar soluciones escalables en la nube. El
Technical Leader
será una pieza clave para impulsar innovación, fomentar el crecimiento del talento técnico y construir relaciones sólidas con nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar y gestionar equipos técnicos diversos (frontend, backend, data engineers y data scientists).
  • Diseñar y desplegar soluciones robustas, seguras y escalables en la nube (preferiblemente AWS).
  • Supervisar proyectos de gran complejidad, garantizando calidad, escalabilidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Guiar el crecimiento del talento: contratación, mentoría, retroalimentación y planes de carrera.
  • Actuar como referente técnico en automatización, analítica avanzada y machine learning.
  • Promover una cultura de innovación, colaboración y mejora continua.
  • Acompañar y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en ingeniería y liderazgo técnico.
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos con distintos niveles de seniority.
  • Amplio conocimiento en arquitecturas cloud (preferiblemente AWS) e infraestructura como código.
  • Experiencia en analítica y soluciones de machine learning.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en CI/CD y mejores prácticas de ingeniería de software.
  • Capacidad de influencia, toma de decisiones y liderazgo en entornos dinámicos y complejos.
