**Sales Specialist**:

You will be accountable for sales of Electrification, Distribution Solutions division in Bogota, Colombia driving sales volumes and margins. In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales target, customer portfolio
- Constant updating of sales tools (Sales Force).
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

**Your background**:

- 8 years of work experience (professional career) in different positions, whether technical and/or commercial
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or related engineering
- Technical knowledge in medium and low voltage solutions
- Desirable sales experience (commercial technique)
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Availability to travel
- Intermediate English level. Advanced Spanish level
