DGIT Systems (now part of CSG) provides an end-to-end product suite for quote-order-bill to Telecommunications carriers that is completely catalog driven and based on global standards. This is new technology which is enabling communications and digital service providers to get their new product to market quickly and as such this is an opportunity to get involved in the growth of new and better software. With head office in Melbourne, DGIT services a global market through a mix of direct and partner sales and have approximately 70 Service Provider customers worldwide.

**Job summary**

This role will plan, lead and execute the implementation of customer solution projects of all sizes, up to and including major programs. At times, this will require the Project Manager to manage multiple projects concurrently.

The critical success factors for this role are;
Projects are delivered on time and to budget. Quality software is delivered into production with mínimal disruption to client use of the solution. Re-usable components are created where possible for other client projects. Both clients and the DGIT teams are happy with the outcome and the effort to achieve it.

**Qualifications & experience**
- This role would suit a Test Lead or Business Analyst who manages scope in their current role and wishes to make transition to delivery management
- Experience in complex software delivery
- Telco experience is desirable
- The ability to understand customer requirements and concerns
- The ability to understand technical designs and implications of this for project delivery
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to multi-task
- This role suits a team player who thrives on managing iterative delivery with internal teams working in an agile story format

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Manage scopes of work including: Understanding them, changes associated with them and their Internal inputs
- Managing the client as the scope is delivered
- Manage delivery to completion efficiently to a target date and budget
- Deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders and client executive
- Build a relationship with our clients to drive constructive engagement
- Report to and attend client steering meetings

**Salary**: $5,500,000 - $6,000,000 per month
