**Calificaciones**:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within data analytics or technology domains.
- Strong SQL querying skills and experience working with databases.
- Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Background in managing cross-functional and remote teams.
**Responsabilidades del puesto**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning sessions, ensuring proper definition of scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Monitor and track project progress using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with defined objectives, scope, and cost constraints.
- Proactively manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using structured change control processes.
- Use data-driven methods and tools to measure and report on project performance and health.
- Identify potential risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
