Senior Project Manager, Industrial and Data Center Projects Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager, Industrial and Data Center Projects role at Turner & Townsend. Position Overview The Senior Project Manager will take end‑to‑end responsibility for service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met through effective project management across all stages. Responsibilities include interfacing with clients and consultants, managing schedules and budgets, overseeing general contractors and subcontractors, and driving quality and cost control. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate client and internal project meetings, providing status updates and discussion points. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, including driving cost estimates and approving capital expenditures. Manage risk by maintaining the risk register, conducting risk workshops and tracking mitigation actions. Oversee quality control for civil works and ensure all deliverables meet client quality standards. Support design management and evaluate construction methods for opportunities to improve cost and performance. Act as an advocate for the client during disputes, changes, and change orders. Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slip. Lead value‑engineering sessions and negotiate cost‑saving alternatives. Facilitate the transition of building operations to the client, ensuring all close‑out documentation and warranties are completed. Maintain high levels of safety, health and environmental compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and provide clear communication. Qualifications Education / Experience: Minimum of 10 years as a project manager; experience in corporate occupier, retail, real estate or related sector; commissioning experience; LEED Projects experience is a plus; engineering or architectural degree with chartered status. Language: Fluency in English and Spanish for meeting, reporting, and presentation purposes. Certifications: PMI or equivalent certification is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM. Key Skills: Stakeholder management, risk management, quality assurance, design and construction decision support, effective communication, leadership and team management.
