Our work sits at the intersection of data engineering, APIs, and product delivery. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving data and technology initiatives from planning through execution . You will collaborate closely with engineers, leadership, and clients to turn objectives into actionable plans, keep work moving forward, and ensure projects are delivered reliably. This role is well suited for someone who is organised, structured, and comfortable working with technical teams and who values execution, clarity, and outcomes over heavy process. What you will do Own the planning and execution of client and internal data projects Translate high-level objectives into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities Coordinate day‑to‑day work across engineering and product stakeholders Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and expectations Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders Maintain lightweight documentation for project scope, decisions, and status What we are looking for +5 years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles Experience working with technical or data teams Strong organizational and prioritization skills Clear written and verbal communication Comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments Ability to take ownership and push projects forward without micromanagement Nice to Have Experience in data, analytics, SaaS, or technology‑driven companies Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management approaches Experience working with international clients or distributed teams Basic understanding of data pipelines, APIs, or engineering workflows Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Icebergdata by 2x Get notified about new Project Manager jobs in Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia .
