**Position Overview**:
A Senior Experience Designer executes the creative vision of a project by creating user interface renderings and specifications; directly collaborates with Experience Researchers, Design Technologists, and other UI Designers on the project team. A Senior Experience Designer is responsible for consistently producing high-quality, innovative design solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other design disciplines to produce and deliver project deliverables
- Analyze products and create various product research deliverables (e.g., heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)
- Present key product findings and recommendations to Stellar Elements team in advance of delivery to client
- Participate in opportunity brainstorming and prioritization
- Execute creative direction of project through preparation of design deliverables
- Holds holistic creative goals in mind when designing
- Explore creative solutions and innovate in a consistent manner
- Ensure quality of personal work products
- Deliver solutions on time for internal reviews with Experience Director
- Ensure quality of deliverables is in line with methodology, best practices, trends, company standards and SOW
- Support Stellar Elements sales staff with new business development
- Identify base design requirements and activities through early conversations with potential clients
- Create and refine various Stellar Elements business development materials to reflect the company

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a Relevant Field of Study (e.g., Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Computer Science, Graphic Design, New Media, Engineering, Liberal Arts, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience as Experience Designer or related
- Skills in diverse areas such as: Data Visualization, User Flows, Design Systems, User Experience (UX), User Research, Usability Testing, Visual Design, Figma, Wireframing
- English Proficiency (written and spoken) is necessary
