Job Overview

We are in search of a creative UI Designer to join our team of User Interface Designers. Your role will be to help us create outstanding user interfaces for our clients. You will be working with our UX designers to design user-friendly product mockups for our clients.

You should have an eye for artful, clean design and possess exceptional UI skills. You will be required to conduct thorough user research and translate all sorts of high-level requirements into artifacts, interaction flows. You should come up with intuitive, amazing and functional user interfaces as per the client requirements.

Your UI designs must enhance our customer's experience and help them in delivering the right brand message. In addition to simplifying the UI design, your aim will be to improve the look of our client's software products.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Engineers and Management to define the UI requirements
  • Implement innovative solutions for product visuals, directions, and experience.
  • Execute all the visual design phases from the initial concept to the final hand-off and engineering.
  • Understand the intent behind original concepts and bring simplicity to complex designing roadblocks.
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, process flows, user flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas and interaction.
  • Conduct competitive research and incorporate the required changes in your design accordingly.
  • Evaluate the feedback given by your Team Lead and implement the same.
  • Establish and promote designing guidelines, best standards, and practices.

Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as UI Designer or Product Designer or similar roles. Graphic designer experience will also be considered.
  • A strong portfolio depicting your UI skills is mandatory.
  • Outstanding UI designing skills.
  • Updated with the latest UI techniques, trends, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, OmniGraffle and other wireframing and visual designing tools.
  • Experience with creating storyboards, wireframes, process flows, user flows and sitemaps.
  • Expertise in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript for robust prototyping.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and outstanding time management skills.
  • Should be a team player.
