As a **Logistics Coordinator **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system.
- Making sure the drivers are on time for their destinations and if a there is any situation this must be comunicated with the scalation team.
- Responsible for quoting, booking and sales outreach
- Confirm pickup number, pallet count, seal or no seal, case count. Reefer loads always check for temperature.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:A high school diploma is **required**. Additional studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or related fields in Logistics are considered a **plus**.
- **Experience**: Over **1 year** of experience in bilingual customer service, operations or logistics.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday. **10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.**, following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**: Only for Medellin. WeWork Santa Fe
- **Salary**: 2.700.000 COP + Recharges.
