**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and maintain **strong relationships** with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- **Negotiate rates** with shippers and carriers to secure competitive pricing.
- **Monitor and track shipments** to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Handle **shipping documentation** and coordinate customs processes.
- Work in a **fast-paced environment**, solving challenges in real time.
- Maintain **accurate data entry** and update shipment statuses.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.**:

- English advanced - written & spoken); French is a plus.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and the ability to **think on your feet**.
- A **team player** with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly **organized, detail-oriented**, and able to **multitask under pressure**.
- **Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.**

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Bogotá, Colombia
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with availability for urgent matters).
- **Start Date**: Immediate

- Bogotá, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics Industry : 2 years (preferred)
