**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
**Ownership and Execution**
- Take full ownership of the design, implementation, and operational success of a receivables anticipation (factoring) solution in Colombia.
- Operate as a hands-on leader, directly managing all aspects of the product launch and execution in the initial stages.
- Develop and refine workflows and processes for the factoring solution to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Build and execute a strategic roadmap for the product, including team growth as the business scales.

**Product Development**
- Lead the structuring, implementation, and operational optimization of the factoring solution for Colombia.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to create a seamless and robust product offering.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with banks, fiduciary institutions, and other financial entities critical to the solution’s success.

**Market and Regulatory Expertise**
- Analyze the Colombian receivables anticipation landscape, including fiduciary structures, banking systems, and digital payment infrastructures.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian financial and regulatory frameworks, including Superintendencia Financiera and DIAN guidelines.

**Structuring Financing Models**
- Design and execute financing strategies adapted to the Colombian market, leveraging fiduciary structures and financial products aligned with operational goals.

**Stakeholder Management and Training**
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, fiduciaries, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop training materials to upskill relevant teams on the product’s functionality and market relevance.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.

**Work Experience**
- 7+ years in financial services, with a focus on payments, financing, or investment structures.
- Proven experience structuring and managing fiduciary financial products or factoring solutions in Colombia.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute financial products from scratch.

**Specific Knowledge / Technical Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of the Colombian financial ecosystem, including fiduciary mechanisms, credit/debit networks, and emerging payment solutions.
- Deep understanding of Colombian financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
