  • **️ **What You'll Be Doing**

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for contractors and customers, ensuring smooth operations across your assigned region. Your responsibilities include:

- **Customer & Contractor Relations**

  • Addressing customer complaints and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Explaining payment processes to contractors and maintaining positive relationships.

- **Project Management**

  • Handling up to 45 projects simultaneously, each at different stages, and delivering 8-10 jobs weekly.
  • Monitoring daily schedules, optimizing project workflows, and ensuring profitability.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to avoid escalations.

- **Upselling & Referrals**

  • Offering additional products/services and tracking customer referrals.

- **Documentation & Communication**

  • Managing timely responses to queries using tools like Front and Ergeon's native apps.
  • Acting as a liaison between various teams and departments.

- **Team Growth**

  • Collaborating with Senior Project Managers to recruit new contractor crews based on customer demand.

**What We're Looking For**

**Required Skills**

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in **English and Spanish**.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
  • Experience managing escalations and negotiating with customers or contractors.
  • Proficiency with multiple digital tools and systems.

**Preferred Skills**

  • Background in in-home services or home renovations.
  • Experience in project coordination or management.

**What You'll Need**

  • **Location**: Reside in Latin America or the Caribbean.

- **Technical Setup**

  • Laptop with at least 16GB RAM and Core i5 (8th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5.
  • Reliable internet (10mbps upload, 20mbps download), noise-canceling headset, and power backup.
  • **Availability**: Full-time, 40+ hours/week, covering 7:00 AM-6:00 PM PST/CST/EST, with weekend flexibility.
