Responsible for the management and supervision of a project in all phases of the project life cycle. Responsible for the outcome of the project in terms of the achievement of objectives through the governance of costs, time, quality, customer satisfaction, risks and resource management.

Defines the project plan and monitors its progress, detecting and managing any deviations of time and costs from baselines. Coordinates the project team and monitors its performance in line with the project objectives. Manages project risks and identifies mitigating actions. Manages stakeholders and communication with them. Agrees with the client, and in close synergy with the commercial side, any variants resulting from revisions to the overall project objectives or from re-planning made necessary by technical and/or organisational problems.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Coordinare e supervisionare i progetti e i clienti dell'area Billing & Metering, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.
  • Coordinare team multidisciplinari nella guida dei processi Metering & Metering in ambito Water
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento dei clienti e dei progetti e predisporre reportistica per il management.
  • Individuare opportunità di miglioramento e innovazione, proponendo soluzioni efficaci.
  • Gestire le relazioni con clienti e stakeholder.

Qualifiche e Competenze richieste:

  • Profonda conoscenza di almeno 8 anni delle tematiche in ambito Billing & Metering
  • Elevata conoscenza del mercato Utility in particolare del settore Water e dei processi processi Billing & Metering
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di progetti complessi in ambito Billing & Metering.
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie di Project Management (es. PMI, Agile).
  • Ottime capacità di leadership.
  • Buona capacità comunicativa.
  • Buone capacità di problem solving e gestione delle relazioni con il cliente.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Rappresenta requisito preferenziale la conoscenza della Neta Suite in particolare del Neta2a.
