**Position Overview**

The Project Manager will oversee project setup, scheduling, and team coordination, ensuring seamless client onboarding and project delivery. This role involves managing project statuses, maintaining internal organization, and collaborating on process improvements. You’ll be the linchpin between our clients and drafters, providing critical feedback and keeping projects on track.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of a small team, ensuring deadlines and project deliverables are met. -Oversee client communication and onboarding, setting clear expectations and maintaining strong relationships. -Set up projects in Asana (or similar project management software), including detailed descriptions, task allocation, and scheduling. -Review project estimates, with potential growth into creating estimates in the future. -Monitor project statuses, manage deadlines, and maintain up-to-date Asana boards for full team visibility. -Maintain an organized file system and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and project details. -Generate and review KPI reports through FreshBooks, identifying trends and areas for improvement. -Provide feedback to leadership about team performance, identifying training needs based on metrics like billable vs. non-billable time, adherence to estimates, and deadline achievements. -Collaborate with the team on new ideas to improve internal processes and enhance overall efficiency. -Maintain client contact lists and service agreements, ensuring records are current and organized. -Suggest process improvements and actively contribute to company growth strategies.

**Qualifications: -**

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a similar role. -Proficient in Asana or other project management tools. -Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. -Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required. -Experience with KPI analysis and the ability to provide actionable feedback. -Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and team members. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have: -Familiarity with FreshBooks, Gusto or similar accounting, HR, and reporting tools. -Experience in the design, architecture, or drafting industry. -Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance project management workflows.
