Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services (GS) Finance Support team is recruiting a Sr. Finance Analyst to provide financial support to the GSF Organization. A global role and reports to a Finance Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:
This Global Services (GS) Sr. Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing financial support for the GS Finance Organization, global leaders, and will take care of investment portfolio in form of planning, forecasting, and actuals tracking including HC analysis.
- The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for proper cost reporting, variance analysis, and communication with stakeholders
- Track and report on headcount, costs and capital expenditure. Work with cross-functional global teams to understand project status, change impacts, and progression towards plan
- Create reporting structure and ensure proper domain reporting. Work with global ATR, ITC, IA, among others leads and Finance teams to ensure compliant processes and budget execution
- Manage all implementation and/or other cost cross charges to support quarter end closing activities for projects / budgets supported. Coordinate and execute needed transfers to ensure costs are in the proper domain and reported correctly
- Will be responsible for leveraging financial systems and best practices to forecast and track actuals globally
- Will have an important role in process improvement and automatization, developing new ways of working and establishing a robust governance framework
- The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver with regard to performance by utilizing metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
- MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required
- Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience is preferred
- Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
- Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
