Summary and Scope:

This position will be part of the GS FP&A team providing strong financial leadership and guidance to Global Functions and finance stakeholders. This role actively supports the Global Finance team by improving financial outcomes through robust business partnering and maintaining overall financial integrity and accuracy. A Can-do approach, strong proactivity and excellent communication skills are crucial as well as the willingness to challenge status quo, be critical and value creation oriented.

Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Global Finance Services is recruiting for a Financial Analyst located in Bogota. As a key member of the FP&A team, the Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in driving financial results analyzing, challenging, and supporting strategic decision-making process to support Global Services objectives for Americas region.

Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Leading together with the Senior Finance Analysts the different projects and automation in the FP&A area with a Global Scope
  • Support the area in reporting processes and consolidations for accurate & timely reporting.
  • Close follow-up to the gross spend by providing efficient tools to Functions (i.e Finance, Procurement, HR) to ensure cost control across GS Americas.
  • Perform Inter-company charges for the functions
  • Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with Accounting team

Qualifications:

1) Education level required: Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Economics, Finance)

2) 1 year of experience within Finance, FP&A, or Sales and marketing Controlling

3) Required knowledge:

  • Analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for business decision in timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills to work and effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, both locally (i.e: top management) and abroad (i.e. multiple countries/cross-sector).
  • Excellent business partnering skills (team player).
  • Prioritizes well and meets commitment in deadline-driven environment. Coordinates activities to ensure their accurate and timely completion.
  • Capacity to learn and accept additional responsibilities.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Advance skills in Excel, Knowledge in BI tools, basic coding & PowerApps highly desirable.
