**Role & Responsibilities**:

**This Global Services (GS) SFA will be responsible for providing financial support for the Global J&J Finance Technology projects, and Global Services Finance budget. This project duration role will assume the following responsibilities**:

- Provide financial support to Latin America (LATAM) and North America (NAM) GS Finance budget owners in the form of planning, forecasting, and actuals tracking. SFA will be responsible for proper cost reporting, variance analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
- Track and report on headcount, costs, and cost savings related to Strategic projects. Work with cross functional global teams to understand project status, change impacts, and progression towards plan.
- Track Global payroll project savings, spend, and regional project status. Create reporting structure and ensure proper domain reporting. Work with regional payroll, IT, and Finance teams to identify and report all Payroll Vendor, T&A Vendor, and IT costs identified in business case.
- Execute and generate all accounting project financial processes, allocations (Intercompanies, cost/ expense reclassification, CAPEX/OPEX and accruals) to support quarter end closing activities for projects / budget supported. Coordinate the allocation process with all relevant budget / project owners and GS FP&A to ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- SFA will be responsible for leveraging financial systems to forecast and track actuals for Latin America (LATAM) and North America (NAM) GS Finance budget, and projects supported.
- The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver regarding performance by utilizing metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility.
- Identify and connect the dependencies between financial planning and other Finance supporting areas such as vendor management, GS FP&A and Technology -JJT.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or another equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required.
- Prior Accounting (US GAAP), and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience.
- FP&A, Strong Analytical and conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, queries, VLOOKUP functions) and knowledge in Power BI and Power Apps are a plus.
- Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process and controls improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
