We at Profound; a young and dynamic digital innovation agency that helps companies become more successful in today’s digital world - are looking for a Graphic Designer to remotely join our awesome team.

**Your main goal at Profound**:
As a Graphic Designer, your number 1 goal is to create innovative and exceptional branding output and impactful designs. You ensure designs align with client branding guidelines and briefings, effectively conveying messaging and objectives. Translating concepts into captivating designs is second-nature to you and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering Creative Excellence:

- Consistently delivering high-quality and impactful output that meets and exceeds client’s expectations.
- Ensuring Consistent Brand Identity:

- Ensuring visual content reflects the brand's identity, maintaining consistency across all channels and touchpoints to reinforce brand recognition.
- Being Innovative and keeping up with Trends:

- Staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, infusing creativity and innovation into every project, to keep the creative output fresh and relevant.
- Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment:

- Handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Being adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under tight deadlines in a continuously changing environment.

**What you already bring to the table**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to create designs optimized for different platforms and devices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- English proficiency is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
