**Bilingual Agent Analyst On-site in Bogotá**
**Salary**: $2.500.000 - 2.700.000 COP
**Location**: Bogotá - 100% on-site (Transversal 55 B # 115 A 56)
**Schedule**: Mon - Fri - **Not a back-to-back calls**

We’re looking for **Bilingual Customer Service Agents (minimum English level B2)** to support a **healthcare campaign**. We want proactive individuals with excellent communication skills and a true passion for customer service.

**Requirements**:

- **English level B2 or higher** (spoken and written) - will be tested.
- Experience in **customer service** (preferably in healthcare or call center campaigns).
- **Current, paused, or completed studies** in health-related fields (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, time management, and a sense of urgency.
- Availability to work **on-site in Bogotá**.
