**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The objective of the position is give support to FP&A process ,provide visibility on business performance and work closely with MBS and control teams and key stakeholders to linking corporate strategy to execution is responsible for identify operational and financial risk, opportunities for efficienty, savings and investmens.

**Your Impact**:
As Fincance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

- Support monthly forecast, AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and PSP (PepsiCo's Strategic Plan) process for the region
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis for Colombia & suggest and specific analyses (financial, operating, competitive, etc) which are relevant to measure,
- Support FP&A Manager with the compliance of Colombia annual strategic planning process, within Corporate and Regional governance and guidelance.
- Preparation and consolidation of LE, FCST and AOP, with their respective analyses and management presentations.
- Desing and analysis of KPIs and main variations between the different financial comparison scenarios.
- Monitoring the Capex & Productivity project execution.
- Provide financial and strategic support to all company´s areas including marketing, logistics, human resources, sales, production.
- Guide the team to a budget control culture & standardize the opex budget processes and governance in order to have more control, efficiency y great accuracy.
- Support & Lead MBS Team with alignments & guidance for FCST, AOP & others on goings.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Professional of business administration, industrial engineering, or related careers with 1 year minimum of experience in managing financial indicators, strategy building, negotiation and market and consumer analysis,
- Experience: Finance area or business / project administration / Intermediate level English /Financial statements/ HFM/Finance indicators /Power BI
