**Merchant Offboarding Analyst**

**Propósito del rol**:Apoyar en el proceso de desvinculación de comercios para Kushki, asegurando una transición ordenada y minimizando el impacto en las operaciones. Trabajando en conjunto con las demás áreas implicadas**

**Funciones Clave**:

- Apoyo en el Proceso de Offboarding
- Alimentar los reportes de seguimiento sobre el progreso y estado de las desvinculaciones
- Comunicar al manager cualquier área de oportunidad o eventualidad dentro del proceso ya sea propio o de alguna área relacionada que pueda afectar la eficiencia del mismo
- Interacción con equipos internos relacionados con el proceso
- Gestionar el cierre de cuentas de comercios, asegurando que todos los procedimientos y políticas sean seguidos.
- Comunicarse con los comercios para informarles sobre los pasos del proceso de desvinculación

**Requerimientos**:
- Profesional, o estudiante activo de últimos semestres de Economía, Administración o carreras afín
- Mínimo de 1 año de experiência en sector Fintech o financiero. Experiência en roles de operaciones, Gestión de proyectos, apoyo administrativo, servicio al cliente, dominio de zendesk, y/o salesforce o sistemas internos.
- Inglés: intermedio
