Your Mission

In your role as an Analyst, you will be responsible for the reporting, and reconciliation of merchant balances for APMs through internal systems. As part of daily tasks, you will also update internal tracking, create reporting, suspend merchants' balances, and monitor balances through internal systems. You will be in direct communication with Finance and Sales. You will also be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for accounting and sponsor bank and management.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating bank account information
  • Using verification tools and reviewing account documentation for request validation
  • Placing merchants on hold and monitoring hold accounts
  • Updating multiple Internal CRM and tracking databases
  • Creating reports using Excel
  • Reporting metrics of the team
  • Reporting for management, internal departments and external requests.
  • Communicating with merchants
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years in a financial and/or payments acquiring position.
  • Acquiring and/or payment processing industry experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of Clearing and Settlement concepts (Visa, MasterCard & PIN debit networks).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; advanced Excel a must.
  • Ability to work simultaneously with various data sources and large datasets.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and work simultaneously on multiple projects.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in dealing with confidential and sensitive data.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work in a team context, and manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Help identify gaps and/or optimization opportunities within existing processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
