**Job Detail**

Our Team Lead positions require a proactive, highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented leader to develop, manage and oversee the full integration and lifecycle process and workflow between the Clients of the Company and its Virtual Specialists (VAs). You will ensure effective collaboration between Clients and VAs, develop and monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement with the highest level of service possible within this Client and VA relationship. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and VAs, you will guarantee that each engagement operates efficiently, meets defined expectations, and delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes for all parties.

**General Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support a team of SYNC Specialists across multiple client accounts.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins and provide feedback, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor client satisfaction, ensuring each Specialist meets expectations and delivers exceptional work.
- Identify performance or communication issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the SYNC Leadership Team to enhance team processes, systems, and workflows.
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new SYNC Specialists into client accounts.
- Track metrics such as productivity, engagement, and quality assurance.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication between Specialists, clients, and leadership.
- Promote a positive team culture that emphasizes accountability, professional growth, and collaboration.
- Provide operational and administrative support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher), with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or supervising remote or hybrid teams.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead high-performing individuals.
- Experience in marketing, operations, or real estate industries is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in productivity and communication tools such as Asana, Zoom, Zapier, Google Workspace, CRMs, or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows.
- Ability to train and guide SYNC Specialists in implementing AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and enhance client results.
- Strong understanding of how to leverage AI for marketing, content creation, data organization, and process optimization.
- Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and calm under pressure.
- People-first mindset with strong accountability and results orientation.
