As a Senior Full Stack Developer - Team Lead (we call it Technical Product Owner), you will help us create, improve, and strengthen our website system, in order to support our vision of promoting sustainable tourism around the world. You will be an active member of a fun cross-functional team, responsible for developing our website system as the manager of the Website-Team. This position is approx. 20% Manager duties, 40% project management and 40% development.

Our team will be happy to welcome you, and your manager will be there with you to ensure a smooth onboarding process in the company.
- Note: This is a fully remote position. We have team members in Colombia, Argentina, and Norway. Join our international team_

**_ On a daily basis, you will_**:

- Lead and develop your team (currently 3 members).
- Coordinate your team's priorities in a weekly Planning-Meeting.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to understand their needs on the website and refine tasks for you and your team.
- Connect our Hasura (GraphQL) database to our Next.js frontend.
- Integrate responsive designs from our UI/UX designer to the website system based on Material UI (MUI).
- Work with GIT flow to publish your changes according to our Agile project management.

- JavaScript and Typescript.
- Advanced React knowledge.
- At least 70% in conversational English.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Great communication and organization skills.
- Hands on attitude.
- Great team work skills.
