We’re looking for a **Medical Scheduler** to coordinate appointments for U.S. patients. You'll work directly with healthcare providers and patients to manage appointments and ensure a smooth scheduling process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.
- Confirm patient eligibility and pre-authorization requirements.
- Provide appointment reminders and ensure proper follow-up.
- Keep accurate records using EMRs and scheduling tools.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **6+ months of experience** with **Medical Customer Service.**:

- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or scheduling.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology is a plus.
- **B2+ English level**:

- Organized and able to manage multiple calendars and systems.
