- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We’re looking for a **Medical Collector** to collect payments with the insurances. You'll work directly with healthcare providers and patients to manage payments, documentation and ensure a smooth documentation process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Request and collect medical records from clinics and providers.
- Collect payments from Health insurance providers and insurance providers
- Label, sort, and upload documents into EMR systems.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and data security regulations.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **6+ months of experience** with **Medical Customer Service** or **Medical Collections.**:

- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology is a plus.
- **B2+ English level**:

- Organized and able to manage multiple calendars and systems.
